Do You Share A Passion For Our Vision?
-
We believe God calls people not only to follow Jesus, but to take responsibility for building his church in new and challenging contexts.
Our focus is simple: helping people come to faith, grow as disciples, and live for Christ in everyday life. We want to serve places and people where faith is weak, unclear, or absent.
Working here means stepping into that kind of mission. It is about building, not maintaining. It requires faith, initiative, and perseverance.
-
We pray together and depend on God
We prioritise mission in real contexts, not just programmes
We take ownership rather than waiting for direction
We keep structures light so we can move quickly
We adapt and learn as we go
Pioneering work is rarely neat. Some things will not be fully defined. You will need to be comfortable taking responsibility and making progress without perfect clarity.
-
You have a clear and growing faith in Jesus
You take Scripture seriously and want to live under its authority
You are willing to start small and build over time
You are not discouraged by slow progress or setbacks
You take initiative and follow things through
This is a good environment for people who want to grow through doing, not just observing.

Send your CV and a short introduction (including your sense of calling)
Initial conversation to explore fit
Interview and, where appropriate, a visit or short placement
Decision and feedback
We aim to keep the process clear and straightforward.
-
Much of our work develops as opportunities arise.
If you feel drawn to this kind of ministry, we would still like to hear from you. Send your CV and a short note about your experience, gifts, and sense of calling.
-
Pioneering ministry often involves:
Starting with very little
Building trust slowly
Serving beyond a defined role
Staying faithful when results take time
It is steady, often unseen work. Over time, it leads to lasting fruit.
-
We want to develop people who can take responsibility for the mission in their own context.
You can expect:
Regular input and feedback
Opportunities to lead and take initiative
Ongoing theological and practical development
Space to grow into greater responsibility over time
Our aim is to equip people who can serve faithfully wherever God places them.
